Tatting Challenge

Well, just a trifle.
I've been wanted to tat a shawl or a stole. It'd be nice with yarn. That would be a tons of works needed.
Shawls and stoles are too big, so how about a scarf?
It is difficult to tat with yarn. Wouldn't it be nice to tat with silk or cotton thread?

That's what I've been thinking lately.
