Knitting - Experiment

Sometimes, an idea hits me.

At first, I was fiddling with Rowan Classical Yarns. Domino knitting was the key. I'm a knitter with awkward hands. My fingers are all thumbs. And I'm not used to colour knitting. Fair Isle? Intarsia? No way!

Then, I've found this web page.
So, you don't have to struggle with intarsia to knit colourful sweaters.
All you have to do is deconstruct the pattern in to pieces. You knit one piece at a time and sew or knit them together later.

This is the experiment with Cashsoft DK.
SWATCH

Then came an idea while I was knitting the swatch.
It was a bias motif. Colourful bias knitting. And I knew I have knitted something like that.
Aha, I know. Multidirectional Diagonal Scarf. That's the answer.

Oh, how I love Multidirectional Diagonal Scarf! I've made five of them and one in progress. I usually do not knit what I have knitted. But this is an exception. Maybe they say that I dote on it and I can't talk back.

"What if I made scarves a lot and sew them together?"
That's what I thought.
Then I started knitting a scarf. The one is in progress.

I doodled some memo and finally knitted this.
experiment

I've already made three of them.
What will they become?

I will tell you after I make more motifs.
